Products retuned to us as good stock within the 14 day cooling off period, must be in un-opened, resalable condition, for a refund to be issued. Failing this we will retain your product for 30 days from the date we notify you of rejection, where you must arrange your own collection/courier, at no cost to bathroom trend. After the 30 days we retain the rights to dispose of the product.
Products returned to us after the 14 day cooling off period may incur a re-stocking charge of up to a maximum 25% (unless bespoke which will be refused a refund). The product must be in un-opened, resalable condition, for a refund to be issued. Failing this we will retain your product for 30 days from the date we notify you of rejection, where you must arrange your own collection/courier, at no cost to bathroom trend. After the 30 days we retain the rights to dispose of the product. For faulty or defective products, we require photographic evidence, where possible, and may also request proof of purchase. We will then issue a collection note, and arrange for a collection of the faulty/defective product. Once we receive the product, we will inspect, and examine the product. If we deem the product to have been mishandled, wrongly installed, or contain no fault, we will notify you ,and hold your product for no longer than 30 days. It is down to you to arrange collection.
